Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 39ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
When registering your 39ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 39ph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 39ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 39ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification on its players. You agree to cooperate fully with 39ph's KYC procedures, which may include providing a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and a recent selfie. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
39ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with supporting documents.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 39ph account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 39ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. 39ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Bonus Abuse: 39ph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers will have their account reviewed and may face permanent suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 39ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
Suspension by 39ph: 39ph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon suspension or closure of an account for cause, 39ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, 39ph reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where no violation is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 39ph account at any time by contacting the 39ph support team. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Withdrawable balances will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the 39ph responsible gaming tools. Any unauthorised use of 39ph's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 39ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 39ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
39ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 39ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 39ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 39ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Gambling involves financial risk. 39ph strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose. 39ph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform beyond the return of wagered amounts where required by applicable game rules.
